These Terms of use (the "Terms") govern access and use of the website mintcards.ch (the "Website"), operated under the brand MintCards.ch by D.G.E. Concept Sàrl ("us"). They apply to any visitor or user ("you"). Sales of products are governed separately by our General conditions of sale.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website. We may modify them at any time. The applicable version is the one published at the time of your visit.

3. User account

Certain features (ordering, access to the online game, collection tracking) require the creation of an account. You undertake to:

• provide accurate, complete and current information;
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them;
• inform us without delay of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you are a minor, the creation of an account and any order require the consent of your legal representative.

4. Authorized use

The Website is intended for personal and lawful use. You are in particular prohibited from:

• extracting, copying or systematically reusing the content or databases of the Website (scraping);
• attempting to circumvent, disable or compromise the security of the Website;

The marks "MintCards" and "Sportimals", the logos, the card illustrations, the visuals, the texts, the game elements, the code and the structure of the Website are the property of D.G.E. Concept Sàrl or its partners and are protected. You benefit only from a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to viewing the Website within the intended scope.

6. User-provided content

If the Website allows you to publish content (for example a review), you guarantee that you own the rights and grant us a free and non-exclusive license to display it within the scope of the Website. We may remove any content that is manifestly unlawful or contrary to these Terms.

7. Website availability

We endeavor to ensure the availability of the Website without guaranteeing it. The Website may be suspended, interrupted or modified, in particular for maintenance, without our liability being engaged thereby.

8. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by Swiss law, we disclaim any liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website. The mandatory provisions of Swiss law, in particular in case of fraud or gross negligence, remain reserved.
