1. Delivery Zone

We deliver exclusively in Switzerland. No deliveries are offered abroad.

2. Carrier

Orders are shipped by Swiss Post. Depending on the weight and thickness of your order, the shipment is sent as Courrier A (small format) or PostPac Priority parcel. The method and exact amount are determined automatically and displayed before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Times

Paid orders are prepared and shipped as soon as possible [to be specified, for example 1 to 3 business days]. For payment by bank transfer (QR invoice), preparation begins upon receipt of payment.

Swiss Post generally delivers Courrier A and PostPac Priority shipments the business day following dispatch. These timeframes are indicative and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and format of your order, then displayed before confirmation. If applicable, shipping may be free from a certain purchase amount; this threshold, if applicable, is indicated when placing your order.

5. Tracking and Shipping Issues

PostPac parcels benefit from tracking. In case of a parcel damaged during transport or not received, contact us at admin@dgeconcept.ch as soon as possible so we can find a solution with the carrier.
