1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file deposited on your device when you visit a website. It allows you to maintain your session, remember your preferences or establish attendance statistics. This policy covers cookies and similar technologies (pixels, browser local storage).
2. Legal framework
In Switzerland, the use of cookies is regulated by art. 45c of the Telecommunications Act (LTC) and by the Federal Data Protection Act (LPD). You must be informed of the use of cookies and their purpose, and be able to refuse them. We provide you with a banner allowing you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies, as well as this policy.
3. Cookie categories
Essential cookies (always active). Necessary for the site to function, they do not require your consent: session maintenance, login to your account, shopping cart management, language and currency storage, recording your cookie choice. Without them, the site cannot function properly.
Payment-related cookies. When you pay online (card, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay via myPOS, or via PayPal), the payment provider may deposit its own cookies, necessary for processing and securing the transaction. They are only deposited if you use this payment method.
Non-essential cookies (subject to your choice). Deposited only if you accept them via the banner: audience measurement, comfort, or third-party services (for example embedded videos). You can refuse them without preventing the use of the site.

Payment by QR invoice or bank transfer does not deposit any cookies: it is processed on the server side.
5. Customer account and database
Your customer account data (name, address, email, encrypted password, order history) are securely stored in our database, on the server side, and not in cookies. The only cookie necessary for the account is the session cookie (PrestaShop-xxxxxxxx), which keeps you logged in during your visit. 6. Manage or refuse cookies
- Via our banner: on your first visit, accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
- Via your browser: you can block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may impair the site's functionality.
7. Data transfer abroad
Some third-party providers (for example the payment provider you choose) may process data outside Switzerland. When this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with the LPD. The list of providers concerned is in our Data Protection Declaration.
