1. Currency

All payments are made in Swiss francs (CHF). The payment methods actually available are displayed at the time of checkout.

2. Bank Transfer (QR Invoice)

You can pay by bank transfer using a Swiss QR invoice. After your order, you will receive the payment information and a QR code to scan in your banking application or TWINT. Your order will be prepared and shipped after receipt of the full amount in our account.

3. Payment via myPOS

Online payments are processed by our secure payment provider myPOS. The following payment methods are available:

  • TWINT
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Payment is confirmed immediately, allowing for fast processing of your order.

4. PayPal

You can also pay with your PayPal account. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure environment to confirm the payment, then returned to our site once the transaction is confirmed.

5. Security

Payments by card, TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed directly on myPOS's secure environment, and PayPal payments on PayPal's. Your card data does not pass through our servers and is not stored by us.
