1. Data Controller

The data controller for personal data collected via the website mintcards.ch is:

2. Data We Process

• Account Data: name, first name, email address, password (in encrypted form), postal address.
• Order and Payment Data: products ordered, amounts, delivery and billing address, payment method. Card data is processed directly by the payment service provider and is not retained by us.
• Communication Data: content of messages you send to us.
• Technical and Navigation Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, to the extent described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Processing Purposes

• creation and management of your customer account;
• processing, execution and tracking of your orders (payment, delivery, invoicing);
• responding to your requests and support;
• compliance with our legal obligations, particularly accounting;
• website security and prevention of abuse and fraud;
• where applicable, and with your consent, audience measurement.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

We process your data to perform the contract concluded with you (order, account), to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interest (security, site improvement) and, for non-essential processing, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Recipients and Service Providers

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers necessary to provide our services, bound by confidentiality:

• Hosting: Kreativmedia (Kreativ Media AG), Switzerland;
• Delivery: Swiss Post;
• Payment: myPOS (Visa and Mastercard, TWINT, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal;

6. International Transfer

Some service providers may process data outside Switzerland. When this is the case, we ensure an adequate level of protection under the DPA, for example through appropriate contractual clauses.

We retain your data as long as necessary for the purposes described. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Accounting documents and order justifications are retained for the legal retention period (ten years, art. 958f SCO). Beyond that, data is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or misuse (encryption of connections, access controls, passwords stored in encrypted form).

9. Your Rights

In accordance with the DPA, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, as well as the right to object to certain processing and withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address indicated below. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the supervisory authority in Switzerland.
