The Deck Sortilège from the Candypocalypse set brings together 50 cards that rely on effects rather than brute force. The plan is not to crush the opponent on turn one: you set your pieces, answer their threats, and let the game tip when you decide it should. No deckbuilding required, it plays exactly as it comes out of the wrapper.

In Rise TCG, each player leads their own side and aims to bring the opponent's life total down to zero. Deck Sortilège gets there through accumulation: creatures with enchanted abilities that rewrite the terms of engagement, spells that can strike or dismantle an opposing plan, artefacts that amplify effects already on the board, and support cards that keep the machine supplied with resources.

This is the deck for players who would rather think a turn ahead than race. It also makes a natural counterpart to Deck Sanguinaire: two opposite approaches to the same set, made to be played against each other.
